Your credit card will be kept on file for incidentals. 

• The rent shall be $ 2000  ($1750 if customer has sewer and water hookup.)  per day with a $1000  down payment to reserve the unit.  
• Balance paid 30 business days before event. 
• Credit, Debit, Cash, and Check Accepted.  Credit Card will be in file for any incidentals.  There will be a 3% service charge on all debit and credit cards. 
• Our day includes delivery before noon on the day of event and pick up before noon the next day after event. If you need earlier or later times, this must be communicated prior to signing this agreement.

• Every effort will be made to deliver and pickup within 8 hours of the day of delivery or pickup, Monday through Friday. However, due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickups. If you need the until at a specific time, we highly recommend you request delivery for the previous day. If your scheduled pickup day fell on a holiday, your pick up might be scheduled for the following day.

• Electricity must be provided by customer.
• Sewer and Water hookups or fresh water tank and holding tank are both options.  

• Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled collection day. If the equipment is inaccessible so that the scheduled pick up cannot be made, Prissy Potty will promptly notify the Customer and afford the Customer a reasonable opportunity to provide the access and reschedule the service, however, Prissy Potty will charge an additional fee for Customer’s failure to provide initial access.

• Due to uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, Prissy Potty cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, curbs, lawns or walks, wells and septic systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to make Prissy Potty aware of any underground utilities, which might be affected by taking delivery of the Potty. Every effort will be made to deliver/pickup a potty or dumpster within 8 hours, 5 days a week. However, due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickups. If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be delivered to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.

• Neither party hereto shall be liable for its failure to perform or delay performance hereunder due to circumstances or the significant threat of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to car accidents, strikes, labor trouble, riots, compliance with laws or government orders, acts of war or terrorism, inability to access potty, fires, and acts of God and such failure shall not constitute a default under this Agreement.

• There will be an additional charge for time and fuel for events located more than 20 miles from 115 10th Ave S. Onalaska, WI 54650.
• Customer shall pay Prissy Potty for cancellation fee, Trip charges or Relocation charges that were not prepaid by Customer, in accordance with the schedule of charges.

• Cancellations or changes are due 30 days after the date on this contract.  Cancellations made after 30 days will result in deposit not being refunded. 

• Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Prissy Potty.
