For most rentals no maintenance will be required on your part, really. You may have to wipe down a counter or sweep the floor if things get messy, but that’s it. Prissy Potty will ensure your trailer is delivered clean, sanitized and full of paper products so you can worry about more important things. 

All our porta potty trailers run off a standard garden hose with a minimum water pressure.  However, in the absence of such a water supply they can be run off the generous on-board water tanks. If you lack an acceptable outlet nearby the trailers can be run off a gas powered generator. It is your responsibility to have the above items accessible to the porta potty trailers, or to let us know if you will require on-board water or a generator. 

The location of the unit needs to be level and dry. Full access by a truck is required to service the unit/s. In fact, be sure to schedule your free site walk through and we can take all the worry out of site placement by ensuring that your restroom trailer can be where you need it, when you need it.

The simple answer is “no.” Your restroom trailer will be delivered to you smelling clean and sanitized, without heavy perfumes. Our restroom toilets actually flush the waste away to an outside storage tank; we don’t simple allow the waste to accumulate in chemicals like a blue-box porta-potty does. So, while the occasional user may create a temporary smell in the trailer right after use, waste odor does not accumulate in our trailers.

If you do not have a water supply nearby or if having a hose leading to the restroom trailer is inconvenient no worries – all our restroom and shower trailers also come with large fresh water storage tanks. We can fill the tank ensuring that your trailer can be used even in the absence of a water supply.
